We have had excellent results with the machine and not experienced any major issues with it. Service and Maintenance: The filters are changed and cleaned by staff and a log is kept on the machine for dates of filter changes. Filter last changed 10/12. The maintenance agreement went out in the within the last year and we did not renew it. The only other service is keeping the coolant filled and machine cleaned which is again done by staff as needed. Fault Codes: none. Headline: Software version 6.20. Includes 90 Day Warranty
